I do understand what reviewer want but the problem is I create my own model & story & gameplay & UI even if character sound is my sound

- how can i get the evidence when all things that reviewer ask me to give them is my own right.

- how can i get pass through this when all things they said is not true.

I'd have an IP attorney review the app and decide whether it infringed the copyrights or trademarks of Dead Space. If the decision was 'no', then I'd have that attorney write a letter indicating non-infringement and submit that to app review.
