Unable to update macOS Mojave (Error -1004)

I installed the macOS Mojave beta in July, and update cycles seemed to work just fine. However, after a few days of arriving to a new location, I am unable to update my beta software. I already contacted my IT administrators about this issue, and they have referred me to here. Attached is the details from Console:

I've been having this problem every seed and have not found a fix. I just re-downloaded the beta access utility and re-ran that installer, as someone else mentioned it fixed it for them. But I won't know until next seed if it worked.

I've attempted this several times, but the issue doesn't seem to be resolved.

It seems to work if you make sure system preferences/software update is closed when you run the beta access utility.
