It is possible to deeplink to the app page in the AppStore via
itms-apps://itunes.apple.com/app/id[INSERT_APP_ID_HERE]
Does anybody know if it possible to deeplink directly to the Gift app page, i.e. the page that appears if you press on the more button on the AppStore entry of an app, and then on 'Gift app' in the pop-up?
