I have been trying to access the apple developer account page - because i'm told that "The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed" in App Store Connect.
But when I click on the link, I am sent to "https://developer.apple.com/account/" which for me is presented as entirely blank (just the slightly grey area on the left).
Help please? I've tried restarting and using a different browser, but still nothing...
