I have a paid dev account (just joined a week ago). But when I do a build (to my iPhone X), and then hit archive from the product > archive drop down of xcode, I get the archive, however, when I click validate or try to submit it to the App Store Connect, I get an error saying: "No account with Itunes Connect access have been found for the team "my name". iTunes Connect access is required for App Store distribution" And below that in the Issue section, it reads: "No iTunes Connect access for the team". I have an account, i've varified that by loging into App Store Connect and accessing my Team ID. What am I missing? Everything else checks out as well in xcode I have all of my info set to the right settings, and my team with my name shows up in the team drop down from the signing section... I'm stuped, if anyone can help it would be greatly apprecieated.
Archive error "No accounts with iTunes Connect..."
Archive errors and validation errors are different things. You don't seem to have archive errors, if for no other reason than if you have archive errors you can't try to validate, ergo ipso cappuccino.
I'm confused why the errors say 'iTunes Connect' instead of App Store Connect, but whatever...

Any chance you used Xcode's free provisioning before that? If so, did you re-use the same Apple ID for both?
As for Team ID, did you mean Apple ID? How many teams are you on?
What is your Team/Member Center role? Is your Team/MC role allowed to validate apps? What is your ASC role? Is your ASC role allowed to submit/validate apps?
