Hello,

i am trying to add a New App Store Connect User under App Store Connect Users and Roles and i am getting the below error:

The email address you entered already belongs to an App Store Connect account. To continue, enter a different email address.

I checked this email on my App Store Connect Users list and i didn't find that email, so what may be the issue?

Any help will be appreciated.

Check the Member Center to see if it is being used for a Team Member.

Otherwise, apple IDs are cheap, so it might be easier to just create a new/unique ID and move on.

If you have a case that demands that ID be used and you are confident it isn't conflicted, you might try the contact us link below and ask support for acct. management assistance directly.
