App is 'Ready for Sale' but not in the App Store?

Hi,

At the beginning of the week, one of our apps (a sticker pack) went into review and was then made Ready for Sale. I have been waiting for a few days now, but it's still not in the App Store.

I've checked in ASC and it should be available in all territories. It doesn't appear when you search for it, and when you try and view it on the App Store from the ASC link, I just get a 'Cannot connect to App Store' screen.

We've had app updates go into review shortly before and shortly after and they've all appeared fine. This is a new app, so I'm wondering if there's a problem with new app distribution at the moment?

Any help appreciated.

I have the same problem. But I'm waiting more than week.

Do you have notified about "ReadyForSale" status?

I have no letter about the status "ReadyForSale"... ⚠ But the Support staff (that reply to my within 3 days) told me that they see my app in Store and everything is OK... 😕 It is very frustrating.

It is my third update, review and "ReadyForSale" but it's still not in AppStore.

I try to find my app in store - none. Only direct link is available.

May somebody help us with this situation ?

Then it's in the store and support is correct. The fact that you can't see it when searching is simply an indication of how far down it is in the hits returned compared to other apps. Let me guess...your app is a game, right?

This is not a new issue for devs. None of us can just put an app in the store and expect it to stand out.

The only thing wrong is that tons/tons/tons of other apps rank higher. The best way to counter that situation is to get off the forums, help yourself, and start marketing the heck out of your brand. How you do that depends on app type, budget, etc. All on you.
