App is Ready for Sale but App Store link does not open

Hello,

The status of my app is "Ready for Sale" since a few hours.

However when I click on the "View on App Store" link in the (iTunes) App Store Connect, it does not work, the page is blank.

My app is available on 1 country, so I tried to change the iTunes URL to open the local App Store, but it doesn't make a difference.

Any idea please?

Hello,

I assume that this is the initial release of your app? If so, it takes up to 24-36 hours for the app to show up in the App Store.

Just give it a little more time.

I thought this 24 hours delay was only for the app to show in the Search. So is it also for directly opening the link?

A few hours later, the iTunes link was finally activated, however, I have to change manually the country part of the URL.
