Hi guys,
I have a big problem with my mac application. I submitted my app for review the 13th of September. 12 days later, the App was validated. Then I published this app release and the status of the app still blocked on 'Processing'. I sent mail to Apple and they answered with a ticket number but nothing moving forward. This release contains bug fixes for Mojave and my customers are complaining and some of them ask a refund.
Do you know much time it take to solve this kind of issue ?
What can I do to unblock this situation ?
