I'm trying to implement in-app purchase functionality in my app and everytime I try to create a new sandbox test user I get a validation error for my password - any type of password (capital letters, punctuation, numbers, 8-24 character length etc).
I used the browser's developer tools to check what was happening behind the scenes and it appears that attempting to add a new sandbox user returns a HTTP status code 409 (the request could not be completed due to a conflict with the current state of the target resource).
Has anyone else been experiencing this?
