We are building a digital banking app call YOLO, this app is integrating with some content providers that allows banking users to purchase content subscription directly by YOLO account.
As Apple policy, content and subscription payments must go through IAP of Apple, thus we cannot manage how to deduct money from our customer 's YOLO account
So, what is the solution for using IAP but just allow customer to use only YOLO account to purchase via IPA?

You can't get there from here. IAP means transacting via the user's iTunes account, only.

You can only do this if your app is operating as a Reader App as per 3.1.3:
3.1.3(a) “Reader” Apps: Apps may allow a user to access previously purchased content or content subscriptions (specifically: magazines, newspapers, books, audio, music, video, access to professional databases, VoIP, cloud storage, and approved services such as classroom management apps), provided that you agree not to directly or indirectly target iOS users to use a purchasing method other than in-app purchase, and your general communications about other purchasing methods are not designed to discourage use of in-app purchase.
