My app got rejected multiple times by app reviewer because the app fails to connect our server with a error message "Connection to http://127.0.0.1:8888 refused" on reviewer's machine. We tested the app on multiple Mac laptops on both regular accounts and guest account and it never had any problem. Did anyone have a similar experience and/or have any insight on how to resolve this issue? Thanks!

It is always difficult to get a server app through App Review. Although that is not a reserved port, it is certianly not one that you would ever want to use in a publicly available app, especially if you are running on localhost. Why not use an ephemeral port?
