To whoever is making changes to behaviour of the forums:
Having the username appear consistently, whether logged in or not, is a nice change - less potential confusion for new posters.
However, I (and others) have found that we are unable to edit or delete our messages on most/all browsers now - we just get the waiting bar.

I've just tested it on 2 Macs each with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. All are working. Also others who posted to this tread have edited their posts recently to demonstrate that they now can...
Did you update to Beta 4 yet? (not that there's any reason I can think of that it should make a difference)
