A new release of our app is currently in Pending Developer Release and is ready for manual relase. Our Product Management is planning to release this version a couple months later. The binary we had uploaded to iTunes Connect and used in TestFlight will have exceeded 90-day TestFlight expiration prior to the planned release date.


Will this binary be valid for App Store release after TestFlight 90-day expiration, if it has passed App Review and is in Pending Developer Release state?

TF status is a separate condition AFAIK.


You can select any qualified binary you've uploaded for release to the store, however, in the past, you could expect an email from apple if it stayed pending for 30 days. Not sure what happens after that.


I would have a plan B.
