Since December 13th, my Summary Sales Reports are empty. The files contain only the coloum header.
Anyone else is experiencing this?

I have the same problem. Just headers When I download using Safari. I can download the with data using Firefox.
Have to keep a separate non-Apple browser to download Apple data.
