Unable to upgrade to ios 9 beta and getting error "Profile installation failed"

I would recommend restarting your iPad or iPhone and retrying. If that fails, open the Settings app on your device, tap on "General" and near the bottom you should see "Profiles". Tap on that and let me know what you see.

Make sure that there isn't already a Public Beta profile in Settings -> General -> Profiles. If there is then delete it, restart your iDevice, and try again.

If it's not that, Going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings should help. This doesn't affect your data or content, but you may need to restart afterwards for it to take effect.

That worked, can you let me know what is the current beta version, i am seeing ios beta 1, is this correct?

That's correct. That's the highes Public Beta version.

The Dev Beta is on beta 3, but it's basically the same as Public Beta 1, it's just that they're numbered independantly

Thanks, when can i expect next beta version, am i notified when it comes, will i get pop-up on my phone?

New Betas are typically released every few weeks and you will see a red notification badge on the Settings app when a new one is available for download.

Also, there's no advance notification of when a new beta will be released - typically though they come every 2 or 3 weeks. Public Beta 1 came out 8 days ago.

I just did a simple power +home reset and it then worked for me.
