Should i buy apple $99 or $299 plan?

Currently we've bought $99 plan.

We have two requirements:

  • Distribute one app on playstore.
  • Distribute another app in-house (only for our organization).

Below are my findings reference:

  • In $99 plan I can deploy the app using ad-hoc on 100 devices and on app store.
  • In $299 plan I can only deploy ad-hoc on in-house app but not on play store.

Apple have 2 types of program $99 and $299.

Which sould i buy in order to fullfill our requirements?

There is no 'upgrade'.

The two programs are separate. Separate programs involve separate accounts, each linked to separate and unique Apple IDs.

  • A Developer Program account involves distribution via the App Store. Only.
  • A Developer Enterprise Program account is for internal corporate distribution to employees. Only.

>Do we have to buy $99 + $299 annually in order to upload app on apple app store and for in-house app distribution for more than 100 devices without udid?

If the goal involves both methods of distribution, then both accounts are required, so yes, USD$398, annually.

  • The second requirement, where the app is distributed internally/inside a company to employees, is best suited by purchasing a Developer Enterprise Program account for USD$299.00 from Apple.

Your two requirements have nothing to do with each other. Play is Google's store. You seem to have misunderstood the information at that link.

Why? Just because it costs less? Use it for distribution via Apple's App Store if you like, but using it to distribute to ≤100 employees via any process seems like more trouble than the money you'll save.
