Apple rejected my app with two reasons

Hello,

Apple rejeted my app with two reasons that I don't understand how to fix it.

1. Guideline 2.3.10 - Performance - Accurate Metadata

We noticed that your app or its metadata includes irrelevant third-party platform information.

Specifically, your app includes non-iOS status bar images in the app’s screenshots.

Referencing third-party platforms in your app or its metadata is not permitted on the App Store unless there is specific interactive functionality.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please remove all instances of this information from your app and its metadata, including the app description, promotional text, What's New info, previews, and screenshots.

My question:

what to fix? to share my screenshots maybe they not enough? I don't understnad what to do..

Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage

We noticed that your app requires users to register or log in to access features that are not account-based.

Specifically requiring a date of birth.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please revise your app to let users freely access your app’s non account-based features.

Apps may not require users to enter personal information to function, except when directly relevant to the core functionality of the app or required by law.

My question:

1. any user in my app need to sign up with first name, last name, birthday and phone and to sign in with phone and sms.

I can't change this logic, if i will, i need to change all logic and it take me some months. in addition i can't give users freely access to my app because all based on users..

his user that sign app see his own details and this data is not share for all users, his just private data..

so what to do?

when i submit review i add test user with phone and sms code to test the app..

what I did wrong??

thank you!

No one here can see your screenshots. We have no idea what you are talking about.

The privacy data is more straightforward. You can't do that without a legal reason. And by "legal reason" I mean a letter from a lawyer. Your "needs" are irrelevent.

You need to understand these two requirements:

1) "Apps may not require users to enter personal information to function, except when directly relevant to the core functionality of the app ......"

This means you need to add some functionality to your app before the user is required to enter their birthday. The only exception to that if the user's birthday is really part of the "core functionality" of what your app does. You can have the app do two sets of things: one before requiring birthday and one after requiring birthday.

2) "Referencing third-party platforms in your app or its metadata is not permitted"

You need to remove references to "third-party platforms". This includes "non-iOS status bar images in the app’s screenshots".
