Hi,
I'm asked by Apple to fill a W9 form.
I'm located outside the US, I'm not a resident, never been a US citizen or resident and as matter of fact I have never been in the US.
The form has come by postal service to my country (UA) as a paper to fill.
In iTunes connect "Tax" I have filled the certificate of foreign status of the beneficiary etc. I know that I have checked that I'm not a US citizen or resident. I have been selling apps for 3 years now. This is the first time that I got this request.
Is this an error? Or have anybody (no US) received also that form?
