I need to upload my app using Apple Enterprise Account, how can I upload my app to AppStore ? And how my organization employee can download my app? I need detail step-by-step tutorial. Please reply ASAP need help urgent

Enterprise Account apps are not distributed through the App Store. You either use an MDM solution or use an internal web server. Here are some links with details:
