Language Setting in Search Ads Advanced

I did not see that you are able to set the Language preference in Search Ads Advanced. So for example, if I were to advertise in the US, and only wanted to advertise for different language users other than English, is this possible?

You can specify the language of the ad group when you create one. Your app will need to be localized in that app store language.
