Auto-renewing subscription showing the wrong price

We've had three different types of auto-renewing subscriptions in market for about 6 months:

- Monthly

- Quarterly

- Annual


A customer recently sent us a screen shot of their app to illustrate a different issue, but it would appear our Annual subscription product is being charged out at the price of a monthly - see here


Has anyone encountered this before? If so, what remedies are there?

It seems like what you are calling "Monthly subscription", even though you used the word "Monthly", is connected to the annual subscription period somewhere in your IAP metadata. Check your productIdentifiers

That change seems odd if you haven't made any changes on your own. In that case, you should contact support with the same info and ask them to take a look.


If, however, you have made changes, look at all productIdentifiers first, then clean things up, test to confirm and push a bug fix.
