Watch OS 2, Beta 4

Very smooth installs so far for me.

Besides my watch constantly rebooting while iOS beta 4 was installing, everything seems fine after that finished. Detected Watch OS Beta 4 avaialble immediately, download was smooth. I expect install to be just as easy.

I succesfully updated my iPhone 6+ to iOS 9 Beta 4, but when I check for software updates in the Watch app on my iPhone, it says my WatchOS software is up-to-date. Did I miss a step somewhere in installing WatchOS 2 beta 4?

Did you install the new profile file?

Yes, I did, directly on the iPhone.

Dooh, my bad, I installed the configuration profile on the iPhone, not on the watch. Now the update appears for the watch and is installing.....

Install was fine. No notifications, at all. Hmm.

Tempted to flatten and start again.

Every time I attempt to use WCSession in my glance interface, the session is unreachable on the watch end, but can still recieve messages from the phone. This was not an issue before upgrading to Watch beta 4 and xcode 7 beta 4.
I've been having other WCSession issues as well, the connection seems to break at random times. Rebooting the system you're testing on (computer or watch) has helped me almost every time.

Edit: Nevermind, pressing and holding both buttons for about 10 seconds turned it back on.

Did you attempt a reset on your watch? I just did it to mine and now my watch is dead. Won't turn on and does not respond to being put on the charger or pressing either the digital crown or the button.

FYI, I've found beta 4 works the best using the Modular watch face. Simple works the worst for me. I can't even get Siri to work using the Simple watch face.

Anyone else seeing the same?

I've been using the Simple face for months and on beta 4 my Watch is now becoming unresponsive and refusing to turn on the screen after an hour or two, regularly. I have to hold down the Digital Crown and Friends button to force-reboot it, and then it works for a while until it eventually becomes dead again. Will try switching faces to see if it can go longer before locking up.

Lost connection to iPhone twice already. Turned itself off. Had to hold digital crown and home button for 10 seconds to restart.

Updated my devices last night. iPhone 6 and 6+, sport watch. Both watch apps I'm working work a bit speedier, watch OS seems to be more stable. Haven't needed to restart today- yet.

This has happened several times to me today as well. Really bad beta so far.

I've had to restart 4 times this morning already on beta 4. I'm seeing this issue too.
