Apple Developer Program account under investigation

It really disappointed me to see the same message like you all yesterday. My developer account just register within a week and this is the first app that I post. May be I have to wait a few weeks or months in order to get a response without any explanation.

This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. I don't think I deserve something like that, it was annoying, and I wasn't alone. On the apple side, things seem complicated, I don't know if there are those who have the same problem with old accounts, but new accounts seem to be at higher risk.

I had the same issue a hour ago.

same here... pending to investigate for more then 1 month already...

And it is a very simple app .. no idea when they will approve... how come my account has to be investigated so long..

i dont do any illegal activity.. so sad

I have just submitted my very first app and bam!! It was rejected and wanted to know if I have any third party links etc.

I responded and now, I have received the dreaded Account is under investigation.

I thought I had done something illigal and have just seen the multitude of people in the same boat as myself.

I deleted this app. Apple terminated my account

Was it solved? what was the issue?

I am having the same issue now.. no explanation, my app was already in store with another language, and approved.

Please assist..

I wrote more than two years of projects! More than 800 sleepless nights!!!

I got the message on 5 March 2020, so its been 25 days at the time of writing. Still no sign yet...

One thing I noticed with my app: as soon as it hit "in review" it got rejected (the same second). Has anyone else had that same experience?

I had the same experience. I got rejected in just 2 minutes once my app was "in review".

It was my third try to apply the app. (I have waited for 4 weeks from apple, but no response. So, I deleted the app in app store connect to apply the app as a new app. I have tried twice times this action.)

I have had the same rejected 3 times. Finally, I have no way anymore...

I have same issue 😕

I was worried about Covid-19 and I send updates for my 6 games in same day. I did not made any major changes in this updates.

5 of my games approved by reviews. But last one rejected.

Now my account is in investigation.

- I have only one developer account (active using 3 years)

- My games contains admob, firebase and fbaudience pods (I think investigation not about this pods )

- My games doesnt contains any in app purchases

I am worried, I hope it will be solved soon.

April 1 -> I sent 6 app update in same day and my last app rejected by message that my developer account in investigination.

(I did not send any update for my other apps and did not touch anything in my account)

April 15 -> My rejeceted app status changed to in review. After couple hours app status changed to ready for sale

I did not get any email about investigation completed or why my accoun in investigation.

It is really frustrating to wait without knowing what will happen.

I hope your investinigation is solved as soon as possible.

Btw, my app was completely made in SwiftUI, with no pods or other libraries. So I also don't think it is because of 3rd party libraries.

My account is under investigation is about two weeks already. Don't know what to wait. I've made about 20 apps in App Store, it took a lot of time and efforts. If they delete my account, it will be very dissapointing and frustrating.

My account has been under investigation for 20 days. It's frustrating not knowing when that will end.

My app is a tool for graphic design and has IAP. I wrote it purely in Swift and it took me months. Fingers crossed it won't take too long!
