pageinit and pagecreate events not getting fired in iOS9 with jquery.mobile-1.3.1

Hi,

Once we updated iOS9 from iOS8, pageinit and pagecreate events not getting fired in mobile app. every thing works fine in iOS8.

Any idea what could be the reason?
