Where is the list of Apple approved third party localization vendors?

I am trying to find information on how to get an app translated.

I noticed here, https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/MacOSX/Conceptual/BPInternational/Introduction/Introduction.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/10000171i-CH1-SW1

It says "For links to third-party localization vendors, see Build Apps for the World."

However there is no information about vendors on that page. 😕

How do you find trustworthy vendors to translate an app?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Shop price so you get an idea of the current market (not suggesting you go with the lowest bid just because), then give a select few a sample. Never take their word for anything. Find out if they have dedicated staff or of they source freelancers. Decide going in and let them know if this is a one time deal, or, you'll be back with x amount of apps.

Get a contract, and assign someone you trust to watch them like a hawk. Pad your schedule, then pad it again, but don't broadcast that part. Have a backup vendor in place for each step of the process.
