The problem is next: I'm using Xcode for uploading my tvOS application to the AppStore connect console. To tell the truth the project is big by size because of using frameworks builded with bitcode. During the uploading process when I pushing the button "Distribute app" and after that "Upload to the AppStore" and uploading process to the AppStore is stareted, on the step "Fetch AppStore configuration" I have the alert from system that Xcode is not responding witout any error. I have tried exporting .ipa file for uploading by using Application Loader but Xcode is not responding too. I have tried other iMac with other Xcode but is it not helped. (Xcode version 10.2.1). I have tried to create the empty project with the same bundle identifier and tried to create .ipa file for distribution mode. It was successful and I have understood that the problem is not in certificates. As a result I can create .ipa file only in development mode and can't create for distibution or upload to the AppStore. If you have any information about it. I will be very appreciate.
