I am working with the 10.14.6 Beta and now my MacBook Pro is showing a 10.15 update available. Expecting a new 10.14.6 update, how do I get back to these updates so I can pass on 10.15? Appreciate any assistance here. Don't want to install 10.15 at this time.

What worked for me is to go to the downloads page, download and install the macOS 10.14.6 Beta 2 profile. Once that is done, the 10.15 update will still show in Software Updates but under it click "more".
