The "codesign_allocate" command requires the command line developer tools. Would you like to install the tools now?

Choose Install to continue. Choose Get Xcode to install Xcode and the command line developer tools from the Apple Store.

I am seeing this as well when loging in, after 15A225f update. Could anyone confirm it is safe for most users to choose 'Not Now' and ignore? Or is this something to report as a component is missing?

If you're not a dev, you can safely choose "Not Now" and ignore it.
