Can't update to beta 4 OTA

Hello,

I've been trying to update my iPhone 6 from iOS 9 beta 3 to beta 4 since yesterday but I always see the "your device is up to date" label. I've tried to restart multiple times and I also have tried to erase and reset my settings. Is there any workaround?

Delete any profiles in Settings > General > Profiles. Restart your iPhone, and try again.

If you have an Apple Watch then you can reinstall the profile as you did before.

There's also a chance it was updated automatically.

You can check your version (13A4305g is Beta 4) in settings > general > about.

You can also see if your updates are set to occur automatically by looking here:

Settings > iTunes & App Store > Automatic Downloads > Updates.

i have no profiles on my phone, I DO have a watch, but not running os2. My iPad got the OTA for B4, nothing still for the phone, it did not get updated automatically... Any other ideas?

ok, very odd, I did have the os2 profile on my phone, ended up having watch replaced, had deleted the profile and done a few restores from new and from back up, without the profile... so I decided to try something... I re-installed the watch os beta profile, phone restarted, then deleted file, did a restart and boom there was the OTA update to b4... maybe this will help others...!

Actually it's enough to delete the Apple Watch profile which was installed to allow the installation of the watchOS beta. I deleted that and restarted and then I was able to update via OTA.

same problem i am running on ios 9 beta 3 i cannot update to beta 4 i dont have any profile and i didn't use apple watch. Can anyone help me with this?? Thanks
