There're not published afaik.

So long as you're downloading from https://developer.apple.com/ios/download/ you should be fine though.

To be super-cautious, you could download a 2nd time and compare checksums.

thanks. I was actually hoping someone else post their own sha1 of the ipsw file for the 4S device 🙂
