Photos not populating. 10.15 Beta 2

So the title says it all. Photos refuses to populate the Photos Library. The library is set as the system photo library. Photos is enabled in iCloud.

Duh me. I wanted to change the name of my MacBook and changed the network name instead. I was half asleep.

same here, last update from my photo app on macOS 10.15 beta 2 was on June, 7th 2019. 😟

Thanks for the reply. This was a new install on the 27th. Nothing downloaded. Perhaps it's been broken since the 7th.
