Can't sign in with Apple ID in watch app

Running iOS 9 beta 4 on phone and Watch 2 beta 2 on watch

Trying to sign into my Apple ID within the watch app on the phone gives error message: "Could Not Sign In, there was a problem connecting to the server"

Apple assures me icloud servers are all green. So I can't add my bank cards.

Any fix or workaround for this?

Will try this now; ........ as for updating to Watch 2 beta 4; I installed the watch 2 beta 4 profile from IMZDL to the phone; (Im not a dev) but an update to a new beta doesn't appear in the software update section of the watch app

What can I do to install watch beta 4?
