From DP2 - DP4, Skype can't login with Microsoft Account, Is there any one catch the same problem ?
I can login in Windows7 , in OSX 10.10, but can't login in 10.11 DP2-DP4

It's worth uninstalling Skype and reinstalling from the latest version just to rule that out.
Updating to the next beta seems to make changes to Verisign Certs for some people (which can affect ssl connections). It's hard to tell if this is the issue for you, but it could be. You can check it out as follows:
- Check that the certificate is still valid (far right column) and delete it if it isn't.
- Double-click it, which brings up it's own window and expand the "Trust" menu.
- Make sure "When using this certificate:" is set to "Use System Defaults", not "Always Trust".
- The remaining 10 should be left at "no value specified".
I have done all things you said, but nothing changed 😟
I changed the steps above to include a check that the certs are still valid (I recently found out that this has also been causing issues for some).
It may well be that there is a different issue though - the above is just my best guess at the moment - it's hard to troubleshoot an problem without an error log and Skype doesn't seem to keep one.
You could post on community.skype.com to see if there's anyone else with the same issue or a workaround.
