I can't get Catalina 19A487l to update to newer builds. Just keeps saying my software is up-to-date. Advice?

Been trying to upgrade to newer Catalina builds. System Updates just keeps saying I have the latest build, which I know is not true.


I've uninstalled and reintalled the profile, but same keeps happening. Advice?

I also tried to obtain update using VPN. No use.

Same issue here, tried reset SMC, did not help.
