iOS 13 Beta P4 + WatchOS 5.3 Battery Drain Issue

Experiencing battery drain on Apple Watch after installing iOS 13 beta public 4 (on iPhone 7) + WatchOS 5.3 (on a Series 4) — I've been using the watch the same way I did the last few years.

Normal usage often leaves me with 50-60% battery left after a day at work. It's down to 10% now.

I go to sleep with a full charge, and usually wakes up in the morning with about 95%, now it's 70%.

Just adding myself to the list of people having issues... I noticed this immediately after installing iOS 13 PB4, while staying on release watchOS 5.3 on my Series 4 Apple Watch. After iOS 13 PB5 was released, along with watchOS PB6, I installed that and am noticing better battery life. Not the great battery life I was experiencing on release OS, but pretty good for about ½ thru beta testing.

Same here. I’m glad I’m not the only one! Hopefully this gets fixed very soon

Switching off the WIFI switch on the watch when scrolling up solves the issue , then the battery drain is normal again

I am experiencing this as well. iPhone XS 12.4 and Watch 4 iOS 5.3. The battery loss has been dramatic.

My activity is the same as is the use of the phone and watch. No new apps, etc. Before my last iOS updates which were fairly recent for both devises I would go to bed 18/19 hours after waking with 20-25% battery left. Now I can't make it past 13 hours.

I reduced the number of notifications I was receiving on my watch and made other suggested changes to conserve battery life and have not seen a difference.

Been experiencing the same with iPhone X (now using beta 13.1) and Apple Watch series 4 (watchOS 5.3.1). Has anybody tried using watchOS beta 6 paired with a phone with iOS beta 13.1? There might be a fix in there somehow.

Experiencing the same issue, I have logged an issue, but no answers from the Apple team. https://forums.developer.apple.com/message/325642#325642
