In iOS 9 (13A4305g) on iPhone 6 Plus when holding the home button to access Siri I no longer get a feedback ding. I still get the voice feedback but would like to have that ding feedback as well. It was there before the beta update. Any help appreciated.
Siri doesn't ding feedback when home button held
It appears that apple is disabling that "Ding-Ding" as part of iOS 9. Apple watch does the same quiet but visual listening interface with the animated light as part of Watch OS 2. It does vibrate to let you know that it is listening.

No "ding-ding" sound on mine either since starting iOS 9 Betas. On beta 4 now and still just the vibrate (no sound) when holding the home button, just like the Apple Watch behavior.
I am on public beta 2 on iPhone 6 Plus and also no ding ding when activating Siri
I'm on Public Beta 2 as well so it may be fixed in future releases of the public beta. I've noticed a few other feedback dings not working as well but not as noticible.
I've noticed the same problem on my iPhone 6, but my iPad mini 2 still gives the audio feedback when starting Siri. I've noticed it since beta 1.
I've discovered the siri "ding" audio sounds when using headphones.
