Root level folder called "Preboot"

Hi - I have had no problems with install / usage of Catalina Beta. There are two folders though at the root level of my startup drive and I wonder if I can safely remove them. They are called "Preboot" and "Preboot 1". The same location also contains a link called "home" – apart from the usual System, Library, Applications and Users.

Thanks in advance

Kim

This happened to me as well - and it was after installing the GM version of Catalina 10.15.4 (my Time Machine local snapshot folder is visible as well). Did you end up just manually hiding them?
