I am trying to access Patient name from Health Records, when I look at the Sample Location in iPhone Simulator, I see the patient FHIR data but somehow I am not able to find any documentation on how to access it? Please help

Apologies, I missed this question last year. The Patient FHIR resource is not currently available via the Health Records API I'm afraid.
It should be available in iOS 15
