When I start a swiftUI project in xcode beta 7 (on macOS Catalina beta 7) i can see the preview. When I CMD-click on an item in the preview, nothing happens - no popover or so. When I CMD-click inside the editor on an item, the associated popover opens...
Does CMD-Click in the preview area work for you?
When I do the click, it selects the whole canvas an in the right inspector window and shows: "Multiple selection"
Maybe a bug?
