Storage Utilisation Wrong

I tried to backup my iPhone XS on Friday so I could restore it to my new iPhone 11 Pro but I kept getting an insufficient space error whilst performing the backup.

Checking the system details it's showing the incorrect disk utilisation in the graph but the free space looks about right, over 250GB free out of 500. But it still wouldn't back up.

I've run WhatSize and that is showing similar.

They are bothing showing different totals though but both are over the total disk size.

I'm using Files on demand with OneDrive so the space on the disk is only a few hundred MB but both are showing my OneDrive folder as 700+GB. Anyone else seeing this?

I think it may be a OneDrive issue. I have Files on demand enabled however it seems to show 777GB of data in documents (which isn't possible as the drive is only 500GB) but my OneDrive folder would be about that size if it was fully sync'd and not on demand.
