5.3.2 issue with lotterie app

Hi,

My app contains a lotterie and get refused for 5.3.2 with the message below, even if I have a link to the conditions (a PDF on a website). The conditions are stating that Apple is not involved in any way, it contains the rules and require a 18+ age. And they are similar to another app validated by Apple, so it shouldn’t be a problem.

I really don’t know what to do, if you have any idea I would be glag to hear it 🙂

Guideline 5.3.2 - Legal - Gaming, Gambling, and Lotteries

Your app includes a contest or sweepstakes but it does not:

- Include official rules for the contest within the app, which is required.

- Indicate that Apple is not involved in any way with the contest or sweepstakes.

Next Steps

It is necessary to:

- Include official rules of the contest or sweepstakes in the app and ensure the rules are available to users at all times.

- Include an explicit statement in the contest or sweepstakes rules specifying that Apple is not a sponsor.

- Enforce an age rating of 17+.

But Apple wrote that you need to

1) Include official rules for the contest within the app...and....are available to users at all times

2) Indicate ( again, "in the contest or sweepstakes" which most likely means within the app) that Apple is not involved in any way

3) Enforce an age rating of 17+

and "they are similar to another app validated by Apple" just means that you are welcome to complain to Apple and get that other app removed from the app store.
