After 10.15.1 Beta (19B86a) update, Touch Bar disappears

My Touch Bar is gone/black, and trying the normal things to restart the touch bar:

pkill "Touch Bar agent"

killall ControlStrip


do not work.


Looking in Activity Monitor I see nothing related to Touch Bar (no Touch Bar Server, etc).

Is there a way to force-start the Touch Bar?

I should add that touch bar settings in system settings have gone utterly missing as well.
