Even though my mail is now working in exchange, and calendars/contacts/reminders are checked off, I do not see any of it in El Capitan. Anyone else seeing this?

Sure. Just a few threads down there's a post on this: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/11819 I haven't tested DP5 yet, but mine started working in DP4.
