Heyy...

I just contacted my bank, i asked 'em for Swift code, IBAN, & my account number

They gave me the following
SWIFT Code: XXXX XXXX consist of 8 Characters
IBAN: 30 Characters Long "JO44BJOR0090000013050XXXXXX000"

My problem is with my bank account number, they gave me 2 versions of my bank account Number

Short-cut consists of 6 numbers just XXXXXX
Full Account number consists of 18 numbers -> 000013050XXXXXX000.

anyway i tried Both versions, didn't work for me, Apple Suggested to add Leading 0s, but in my case it already preceded with 13050..

What should i do ?

Either you could contact your bank again, and ask what part of your account number that is neccessary, or you could contact Apple. The second option will take more time.

Or you could just trim the zeros and see if it still works.

Hi, here in Germany we don't add the SWIFT to the IBAN but I have now idea about the system in Jordan. The bank code / branch code here is always a 8 digit NUMBER.

Just an idea: Have you tried to take the short version with leading 0's? Or with trailing 0's?
