I wish to publish an iOS app free for first time and later i will make it to paid version. So, Is it possible to change free app to paid and vise versa.? I don't make a part of features to paid.

Absolutely. However, this will cause your app ranking in your category to be reset.
By 'free' do you mean a paid app for $0.00 (Tier 0)?

I am trying to obtain a free developer enrollment for a class project I am late for. My current paid enrollment is expired and prompts me to renew, which I don't want to do right now. I am saving for when I really will need it and certainly don't have development time or the money to renew.
Now, I have heard a solution is to make a new developer account, but I really don't want to do this, because of email, credit card, iTunes, etc. connections. Anybody know how to switch from a paid developer membership to a free developer account?
Side note: will this cause problems to the paid enrollment?
