iTunes Connect Localizations Broken -> cannot submit new app versions!

Issue:

- Dutch location gone (empty entry) in all Live and New Versions of app, a red exclamation mark is shown (see screen shot)

- The issue with the Dutch localization being gone (empty entry) prevents New Versions from being Saved or Submitted --> iTC always gives a saving error

- When trying to delete the empty entry of the dutch locations, Saving the New App version and trying to Submit, again an error is given.

==> In effect, we are not able to submit any new versions if this version has a Dutch localization! It may also effect other languages.

Used Webbrowser: Safari 8.0.7. Reproduced issue in Private Mode. Also reproduced issue on Opera and Internet Explorer.

Device: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3. Yosemite 10.10.4

Error has been occurring all day long on July 29th (last tested 10:03pm CET)

Yes, looks it fixed. Just submitted an app with a Dutch localization

Just jumping in to say that we're dealing with the same exact issue except with Flemish.

The issue even made it to the Dutch press: Nederlandse apps onbereikbaar in App Store http://nu.nl/apps/4098033/nederlandse-apps-onbereikbaar-in-app-store.html Seems that live, Dutch-only apps cannot be downloaded at all from the App Store.

Will do. As soon as I get response from them, I will let you all now.

By the way, I have tried to Log In to iTunes Connect using the iOS App and the app crashes when it loads the app details. Does it happen the same to you?

Many thanks!

We also have the same issue impacting our apps with Dutch support, still no update on status page.

We have the same exact problem with the iOS app. We see the overview of the apps, but when we click on one the app crashes.

Thanks for the post, because we have a similar problem. When we click one of our apps in iTunes Connect it says 'Unable to Process Request'. We have already been in contact with Apple Support, but did know about this problem until know and I can share that with Apple support too. I also just found out that our apps were not visible in the app store as well. We have this problem since July 28, before the iTunes Connect down time.

Thanks for the info man. Can you give me your email address so we can further assist each other with this issue?

Thanks for posting the issue. We were frustrated as we didn't know what went wrong and where ,until we reached this post. Have emailed the support for a resolution for the isssue and if we get a reply, we will share it here.

Please do let us know if you hear anything.

Thanks.

Thanks for the post, I had the same issue. But it seems like the issue has now been resolved 🙂

The ghost dutch language is back and I can save my changes.

Same here. We just go our app into review so looks like its fixed on Apple's end...

Looks like its fixed now. At least for us. The Dutch entry is back and the ghost Flemish is gone. I was able to edit the listing and submit for review.
