I didn't understand how does the MDM and enterprise trust feature works in iOS9.
I tried to install an enterprise app using the MDM but when I try to open the app it still pop ups the trust this developer message box.
What am I doing wrong?

iOS9 has made changes to how you trust enterprise certificates. Previously you could trust a profile the first time you ran an application from an alert. Now you need to go to setting -> general -> profiles and trust profile there. MDMs will be able to pre-trust profiles for devices they manage.
