Adding creditcard/paypal to APP

Hi guys

I have a problem getting my APP approved since it has credit card and paypal as payment options in addition to in app purchase. I have a APP that can make VOIP calls, its a prepaid service and they need to topup the account and make calls. I have this app Running in android and IOS. credit purchased can be used in both android and IOS.

I see similar apps in app store using a credit card and paypal

Below are some examples.

Rebtel (no in app purchase only credit card )

Yungo (credit card , paypal and in app purchase)

Yolla (credit card and in app purchase)

Tikki (credit card , paypal and in app purchase)

Frendy (no in app purchase only credit card )

We continue to find that the app utilizes third-party payment mechanisms, such as PayPal. To resolve this issue, it would be appropriate to remove all third-party payment mechanisms from the app. Alternatively, if you believe this mechanism to be used in a manner that is compliant, please reply to this message in Resolution Center to explain how this feature works.

Deliberate disregard of the App Store Review Guidelines and attempts to deceive users or undermine the review process are unacceptable and is a direct violation Section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. Continuing to violate the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program will result in the termination of your account, as well as any related or linked accounts, and the removal of all your associated apps from the App Store.

We look forward to reviewing your resubmitted app.

3.1.3(b) Multiplatform Services: Apps that operate across multiple platforms may allow users to access content, subscriptions, or features they have acquired elsewhere, including consumable items in multi-platform games, provided those items are also available as in-app purchases within the app. You must not directly or indirectly target iOS users to use a purchasing method other than in-app purchase, and your general communications about other purchasing methods must not discourage use of in-app purchase.

Why do you think this is consistent with the guidelines especially 3.1.3(b)?

This is NOT a valid answer to the earlier question. You may report those apps to App Review so they can remove them from the App Store.

And you can use those credits, purchased from your android app, in your iOS app under 3.1.3(b).
