I have a question regarding the App Review process.
We are about to introduce some new features to the app we provide, and I would like to check if they are violating the App Store rules before submitting the app for review.
Some app details:
・It is a service provided to some third-party organizations we are contracting with
・It contains an authentication function (one account per client organization)
・It processes some personal information related to people in client organization
・We have to link certain Bluetooth devices (one per person) to use with the app
Due to some organizational matters sometimes we have to link those Bluetooth devices and do some tuning using an actual account of a client organization.
For the described purposes we are about to implement some kind of in-app admin authentication process. It would provide an access to some functions our employee needs to do the Bluetooth devices tuning etc.
We also have a requirement to make this authentication possible for all client’s accounts using the same temporary password which is going to expire in several hours (only used for the tuning process).
I would like to verify if adding such authentication process is violating the following rules:
